For people who use our Buy Now services, when you visit the Site, we will maintain Transactional Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. For users who access omacro's Buy Now model window on brands' websites, we do not collect any personally identifiable information. We use the latest technology to attempt to geolocate you to provide relevant results that you request. Afterwards, we store and attribute anonymous aggregated information such as the city, state and country of the user, but do not collect or save any personally identifiable information such as device type, operating system, IP address, name, address, email address, etc. For our Supplier and Seller clients who access our administrative console, we do collect and save personally identifiable information. This information can be deleted upon your request.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
